Cooking

As many of you may, or may not know, I love to cook. Even more, I love to EAT! I can find 5 different random things in a cabinet and make a meal out of it. For me, it's a fun and easy way to be creative. At one point, I was thinking about opening a restaurant. I don't usually have the patience to make all of the crazy cookbook stuff with 43578 spices, and directions. I stick with home cooking and let the ingredients do the work.

This first recipe is VERY quick and easy. I'll make a bunch of it and then store the left overs. It's great hot, or cold when pressed for time.

I don't have a name for this pasta salad...

Ingredients:

Pasta
Sausage (I used chicken sausage mixed with green peppers and onion. I' a bit of a birdetarian. Thats turkey and chicken, for those who don't know. Anddd... If you're vegetarian, you can use veggie sausage instead.)
Sliced Black Olives
Tomato
Feta Cheese

Simple directions :
You can use as much or as little of each ingredient as you'd like.

Cook pasta according to directions and strain
Cook or grill sausage (I grill mine) and cut into pieces
Cut up tomato
Add all ingredients into a bowl, including the cheese
Mix together
Done!
