Smoothie Time!

I just made this amazing smoothie out of a few things I thought would make it good. I'm no smoothie expert, but it was perfection!

Banana/lime soy smoothie:
1 banana
2 Limes, peeled
2 packets Stevia sugar
1/2 Cup plain soy milk.
Puree in blender
Add 3 ice cubes. Grind in blender.

...I will NEVER eat meat again...Also, goodbye dairy, low fat/fat free, and sugar substitutes. I'm already a healthy eater, but this brings it to a whole new level.

This book tells you about all of the chemicals in what we eat (some even cause disease), substitutes for the nutrients we need that we can find in other foods, and about the mistreatment of the animals... So far from what I've read.
I actually started crying after reading some of his stuff!
